I've not been doing very well lately so I'm going back to taking photos of my meals and posting my food diaries to see if it helps get me back on track :)

 
Breakfast
Fruit salad (banana, 2 plums, pear and clementine) - 0
Weight watchers yogurt - 0

 
Lunch
Fried potato (using frylight) - 0
Beans - 0
Fried eggs (using frylight) - 0
Shape yogurt - 0.5
2 clementines - 0

 
Dinner
Gammon steak - 0
Roast potatoes - 0
Brussels and carrots - 0
Cheese sauce - HEA + 2.5
 
 
Snack
Wholemeal toast - HEB
Wholemeal toast - 4
100g Low fat cream cheese with chives - 6
Ham - 0
Choc ice - 7
 
Total syns = 20
 
Please note: the normal amount of syns is between 5 and 15 but I can have more because I have a lot of weight to lose.
