Friday August 30st Food Diary
Breakfast
2 boiled eggs - Free
1 tbsp salad cream - 1
Nectarine, grapes and banana - Superfree
Shape yogurt, vanilla and chocolate sprinkles - 1
Black coffee with sweetener - Free
Lunch
30g cheese - Healthy extra A
80g wholemeal bread - Healthy extra B + 2 syns for the extra bread (a healthy extra portion of bread is 60g so count 1 syn per 10g over the 60g)
2 tbsp Tesco value salsa - 1
50g Tesco value ham - 3
Lettuce, cucumber and grated carrot - Superfree
2 tbsp tesco light caesar dressing - 1
Shape yogurt, mango - Free
Grapes - Superfree
Dinner
Pork steak, all visible fat removed - Free
Boiled potatoes - Free
Carrots and cabbage - Superfree
Mushy Peas - Free
Onion gravy using 1 tbsp gravy granules (3 syns per tbsp shared between 2) - 1.5
Dessert
Shape yogurt, rhubarb crumble - 0.5
Banana - Superfree
Supper
Ham - Free
Cheese puffs - 4
2 pink n whites - 5
Shape yogurt, mango - Free
Nectarine - Superfree
Total syns = 20
Please note: The normal amount of syns is between 5-15 per day but I've been told I can have 20 syns per day because I started at 31 stone. The syns will be reduced as the weight comes off.
