I really want to lose the next 5lbs which will take me to 330lbs and is the weight I need to be to be able to use the Wii fit board. Once I hit that weight I'm deleting the my Mii and starting afresh with a new one, one that will record my weight, not Kaycee's or Ella's! (I have to get one of the girls to stand on it for me so I can use it to do the step exercise!).

Honey i have no doubt you can do it!! i have never had a wii are they any good?
ReplyDeleteYeah they're great :) Definitely make exercising fun. We all love the Just Dance discs and I've bought Wii fit plus because you can tailor your workout to work on different parts of your body xx
DeleteI really need to dust my wii fit down and get it back out again, it's perfect now the weather is turning colder and I don't get out as much. I've got everything crossed for you for next week, good luck xx
