EE Food Diary January 2nd

Totally forgot that you can't have fat free yogurt as a free food on SP so today was an EE day.


Breakfast

Beans, mushrooms, gammon and scrambled egg
Clementines


Lunch

Wholemeal bread  HEB + 2 syns
Ham
Pickle (1 syn)
Apple
Crisps (5 syns)
Natural yogurt with sweetener 



Dinner

Cauliflower, cabbage, roast carrots, onions and beef
Gravy (4 syns)


Supper

Gammon
Quark with sweetener and options (3.5 syns)
Hot chocolate (3.5 syns)
2 Pink n Whites (5 syns)

Total syns =  24

Please note: the normal amount of syns is between 5 and 15 but because I have so much to lose, I can have extra syns. When I get below 20 stone, I'll drop them to 15.
