SP Food Diary January 4th


Breakfast
Egg (P)

Lunch
Swede, Clems and apple (S)
Chili con carne - mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes, cauliflower, cabbage, leeks (S)
Mince and baked beans (P)


Dinner
Pork steak (P)
Salad leaves, tomatoes, carrot, melon, plums, peach (S)
Cottage cheese (P)


Supper
Bread (HEB + 2 syns)
Cheese (HEA)
Chutney (2 syns)
Quark and options (P + 3.5 syns)
Clementine (S)


Snack
Options Indulgence (3.5 syns)
2 pink n whites (5 syns)

Total = 18

Please note: the normal amount of syns is between 5 and 15 but because I have so much to lose, I can have extra syns. When I get below 20 stone, I'll drop them to 15.
