September 22nd Food Diary

 
 
 
Breakfast
1 slice of wholemeal bread, toasted - 4 syns
1 level tbsp jam - 2 syns
1 low fat yogurt - 2.5 syns
1 cup of hot, low cal lemonade and paracetamol* - Free
 
*Hot lemonade and paracetamol because I've started with a horrible cold :(
 
 
 
Lunch
2 slices hovis wholemeal - HEB
1 Cheese Triangle - 2 syns
3 slices wafer thin ham - Free
1 Orange - Free
1 Kiwi - Free
1 Shape yogurt - 0.5 syn
 
 
 
Dinner
 Pork & vegetable risotto - Free


Dessert
Banana & custard - 4 syns for 100g custard
 

Snack
1 Options hot chocolate - 2 syns
Grapes - Free
1 Hi Fi Light - 3 syns
 
Total syns = 20*
 
*The normal amount of syns per day is between 5 and 15 but because I have so much to lose, I've been told I can have extra syns.
