Monday 28th January Food Diary


Breakfast
Bacon, sliced potato and beans - Free
Yogurt and banana - Free


Lunch
Cheese and ham toasted sandwich - HEA & B plus 2 syns for the extra bread 
Jelly and yogurt dessert - 1 syn


Dinner, well what's left of it! I nearly forgot to take a photo!

Sliced roast potatoes and mushy peas - Free
Sausages - 3 syns


Jelly and yogurt dessert - 1 syn


Velvet crunch - 4 syns


Velvet crunch - 4 syns
2 snowballs - 6 syns
Jelly and yogurt dessert - 1 syn


Total syns = 22 syns


Please note: The normal amount of syns is between 5 and 15 per day but I've been told I can have more because I started off with 21 stone to lose. The syns will be reduced as the weight comes off.
