Please note: The normal amount of syns is between 5 and 15 per day but I've been told I can have more because I started off with 21 stone to lose. The syns will be reduced as the weight comes off.
That bacon, sliced potato and beans sounds yummy!! Think I will have that for my lunch!! :)
