Tuesday January 29th Food Diary


Breakfast
Wholemeal bread - HEB + 2 syns for the extra bread
Eggs and bacon - Free
Banana and yogurt - Free
Ketchup - 1 syn


Lunch
Eggs, sliced potatoes and ham with cheese - HEA
Clementine and yogurt - Free


Snack
Jelly and yogurt dessert - 1 syn


Dinner
Mince, broccoli, potatoes and gravy - 2.5 syns
Bread - 4.5 syns


Dessert 
Jelly and yogurt - 1 syn


Snack
Curry cake - Free
Velvet crunch - 4 syns
Caramel wafer - 4 syns
Options - 2 syns


Total syns = 22

Please note: The normal amount of syns is between 5 and 15 a day but because I started with 21 stone to lose I've been told I can have more and the syns will be reduced as the weight comes off.

  2. Hi Andrea, I'm following the Slimming World eating plan and syns is what we use to describe foods that don't fall into the free food category.
    They're like Weight Watcher's pro points if you're familiar with that?
