Sunday January 27th Food Diary


Breakfast
Cheese and ham toasted sandwich - HEA + B plus 2 syns for the extra bread
Yogurt, banana and clementine - Free


Lunch
Mash and spaghetti - Free
Jelly and yogurt dessert - 1 syn
Banana and clementine - Free


Snack
Velvet crunch sweet chilli - 4 syns


Dinner
Mustard mash - 1 syn
Carrots, peas, pork and onion gravy - Free


Dessert
Jelly and yogurt dessert - 1 syn


Snack
Velvet crisps - 4 syns
2 jaffa cakes - 6 syns
Jelly and yogurt dessert - 1 syn


Total syns = 20


Please note: the usual amount of syns is between 5 and 15 per day but because I started with 21 stone to lose I've been told I can have more and the syns will be reduced as the weight comes off.
