Wednesday weigh in - Lost 2.5lb :)

I wasn't expecting a loss this week; not because I've over eaten but because of unexpected women's problems! Without going into too much detail I've felt bloated and heavy for a couple of days and it's a feeling I've not had since I started on the depo injection 5 years ago when Ella was born.
I've missed an injection or 3! and after the past couple of days I'll be making sure never to miss another!
I'd forgotten how painful and horrible these things are and I don't want anymore!

Anyway, enough of that!

I was surprised to see I'd lost 2 and a half this week and I feel like I can move forward again now I'm back to the weight I was before the Christmas break :) I've lost 3 stone 3lb in total and looking forward to my next award.
