Weekly Weigh In - 1lb lost

I was aiming for 2lb this week but got 1lb instead. I know the reason why and I'm fine with it; I've not done half the exercise this week that I did last week as I've been busy doing the end of year figures for our tax returns so this week has mainly been spent sitting at the laptop.

I can tell I've not had as much exercise; I feel sluggish and have been tired more often.

I got back out in Nanny's garden this afternoon after Slimming World and even just a couple of hours work has made me feel better :)
I'll be there for the day tomorrow so should get loads done!

In other news, I won joint slimmer of the month at group this morning, sharing the title with the lovely Stacey! :) I haven't had slimmer of the week or month for ages so it was a nice surprise :)
