Tuesday 11th June Food Diary

No breakfast

Cheese, ham and salad cream sandwich - 3 + HEA & B

Chicken curry and rice - 3

Snack
Eggs and ham - 0
Salad cream - 2
Crisps - 3.5
Snowballs - 6
Shape - 0.5
Clementines - 0


Total syns = 27 (oops...didn't know I'd gone over my syns., the day before weigh in as well! I forgot to count the curry sauce!)

Please note: the normal amount of syn sis between 5-15 per day but because I started with 21 stone to lose I've been told I can have more and the syns will be reduced as the weight comes off.
