Shell as you know I follow you every day but I must admit I have noticed the syns getting slightly higher. You are doing so well. Keep up the fanastic work, you can do this!!!

You'e right Sharon and I felt the same when doing my diary last night so I made sure I stayed under 20 today :)
DeleteI'm aiming to keep my syns to around the 20 mark so always feel free to give me a kick up the bum if they start to creep up again ;)

Aww shell, I wrote and deleted, and wrote and deleted then thought what would i have said to michael. I would have told him so I wrote and quickly posted. LOL. You can do this and I am along for your journey watching and wanting you to get your life back for you and your family. You will be amazed at how well you will feel, Michael is loving his new life coz its changed that much xxx

I knew it must have been hard for you to post but I also knew you wrote it to help, not to judge which is why it didn't upset me in the slightest :) It did infact help get my mind back on track and made me look properly at my diary. Crisps could be my downfall if I let them so I'm not going to let them!
