Weigh in - 2 and a half stone award :D

As you can see from the title, I got my 2 and a half stone award today and whilst I was a little disappointed that I've only lost half a pound this week, I'm extremely happy to get my award so that made up for it!

I'm not sure why I've only lost a half but I do know that I've been snacking on chicken roll without realising it had a syn value; I'm going to be sticking to chicken breast snacks from now on so I know that it's free!
I've also had a cup of speed soup everyday for the last week and I'm wondering if that has anything to do with the low loss this week as apart from the chicken, it's the only other thing that I can think of that's changed.

Anyway, onwards and downwards!

I was hoping to get out of the 400lb range this week but it looks like that's next week's target!
I'm off now to do some Just Dance. Haven't done it for a few weeks and surprisingly, I'm raring to go :)

  1. You're doing really well Michelle and half a pound is still weight off. It's very frustrating when weight loss slows down some weeks, but just look how far you've come already. Well done on getting your 2 and half stone reward too. x

      It is very frustrating and I was quite disappointed on Wednesday but I quickly put it behind me and looked forward.
      In the past I would have let it get me down and then eaten all the wrong things.
      I'm now happy with any loss because it's a step in the right direction :)
