Tuesday 21st May Food Diary


Breakfast

Snack
Cheese, ham and salad cream sandwich - HEA & B + 3 syns for the extra bread and salad cream
Crisps - 3.5

Total syns = 20


Please note: the normal amount of syns is between 5 and 15 per day but I've been told I can have more because I started with 21 stone to lose and the syns will be reduced as the weight comes off.
