Breakfast
Cheese and ham sandwich with salad cream - HEA & B + 3 syns for the extra bread and salad cream
Shape and banana - Free


Lunch
Pasta n sauce with added onions, mushrooms and peppers - Free
Satsumas, plum and pear - Free
Shape - 0.5


Dinner
Chili and rice - Free


Snack
Eggs, ham and salad cream - 2
Crisps - 3.5
Shape - 0.5
Jaffa cakes - 6
Pear and satsuma - Free


Total syns = 15.5

Please note: the normal amount of syns is between 5-15 but because I started with 21 stone to lose I've been told I can have more and the syns will be reduced as the weight comes off
