Cheese and sausage sandwich with ketchup - HEA & B + 4 syns for the extra bread, sausages and ketchup
Crisps - 3.5

Lunch
Sausages, broccoli, peas, mash and gravy - 3


Snack
Eggs, ham and salad cream - 2
Shape - Free
Crisps - 3.5
Choc wafer - 4
Pear - Free


Total syns = 20.5

Please note: the normal amount of syns is between 5-15 a day but because I started with 21 stone to lose I've been told I can have more and the syns will be reduced as the weight comes off
