I was a little apprehensive this morning when I woke and remembered I had to be at Slimming World for around 10am.
I felt there was no way I could have lost any weight because I haven't felt like I've been on a diet at all this week; I wondered how I could ever lose weight while still eating the amount I've been eating!
You can imagine how happy I was when I stepped on the scales and was told I'd lost 5 and a half pounds :o)
For the next week I'm going to concentrate on filling up with more of the super free foods and I'm also going to start working on getting a little exercise everyday.
My aim is to start small because I'm still getting over my bad back but I'm sure if I'm sensible, I can start my exercise journey.
I'm going to be doing Just Dance on the Wii to start. I figure I can manage one dance a day and today I'm going to be dancing to Eye of the tiger.
Everyone who knows me will know that I don't dance! but I've always wanted to, I've just been too embarrassed to try....until now!
Although I will be doing it when I'm home alone to start with. I'm not confident enough to do it front of anybody else yet but I'll get there :)
I bought some Hi Fi bars today from the group. I've been having trouble finding something I like for my healthy extra b choice so I snapped up these Chocolate Bliss bars when I saw each one can be used as a healthy extra!

I'm not sure how long it took, it sure felt like 5 minutes but I'm so unfit I can't trust myself to judge time properly when every part of me starts to ache and I get out of breath!
I did choose the full version and looking on you tube it seems the average length of the song is four minutes so that coupled with the warm gives me my first 5 minutes of exercise for today.
I know it sounds a bit pathetic but for my weight it's a step in the right direction :)
