FLEXI DAY - Up to 50 syns

No Breakfast


Lunch
Toasted bacon and cheese sandwich - HEA &B + 2 syns for the extra bread

Banana, apple and yogurt - Free

Please note: the normal amount of syns is between 5 and 15 but I've been told I can have more because I started with 21 stone to lose. Also, today I'm on a flexi day which means I chose to increase my syns to 50 and I'll be back on a normal day tomorrow.
I decided to have a treat day but rather than just going crazy and eating everything in sight, I decided it would be best to have what I wanted within an increased amount of syns.

Weekly weigh in - 1.5lbs lost :)

Only 5.5lbs to go for my 4 stone award :) I was expecting a little more off than 1.5lbs if I'm honest but I've learnt to be happy with every loss, no matter the size!

I had a great time at group again today. I now do the raffle every week and it's a good way of getting to talk to everyone and get to know them a little better.
As I've said lots of time before, it's a really great group and I always look forward to going :)

I've set my target for next week at 2lbs....wish me luck!

A 4lb loss  saw me get my 3 and a half stone award today!



I'm really pleased and now can't wait to get my 4 stone award :)
I did wonder whether I was going to get a loss this week because I've not had as much fruit as I usually do and I've been using my syns on jaffa cakes and chocolate wafers but whatever I did, it worked!
This cold weather we've been having has made me want lots of comfort food like sausage and mash and hot chocolate; fruit and salad hasn't been at the top of my food wish list this week!

Now onwards for another good week and hopefully it won't be too long before I'm posting my 4 stone award :)
