Weekly weigh in - 1.5lbs lost :)

Only 5.5lbs to go for my 4 stone award :) I was expecting a little more off than 1.5lbs if I'm honest but I've learnt to be happy with every loss, no matter the size!

I had a great time at group again today. I now do the raffle every week and it's a good way of getting to talk to everyone and get to know them a little better.
As I've said lots of time before, it's a really great group and I always look forward to going :)

I've set my target for next week at 2lbs....wish me luck!

    1. Thanks Kate, it's lovely to be inspiring others! The social part of my group is the thing that helped me the most I think. I'm usually very shy and quiet but from the first week the other ladies didn't let me sit quietly by myself and as a result, my confidence has grown week on week :)
