Monday September 2nd Food Diary


Breakfast
Shape yogurt, apple crumble - 0.5
Orange - Superfree


Lunch
80g wholemeal bread - Healthy extra b + 2 syns for the extra bread (a healthy extra portion of bread is 60g so count 1 syn per 10g over the 60g)
30g cheese - Healthy extra a
Ham - Free
Homemade salsa - Superfree
2 boiled eggs - Free
Cucumber, beetroot and pickled gherkin - Superfree
2 tbsp salad cream - 2
Shape yogurt, vanilla and chocolate sprinkles - 1
Orange - Superfree


Dinner
Lean minced beef - Free
Onions, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes - Superfree
Beans - Free
Chili powder, cumin, paprika, mixed herbs and garlic - Free
Rice - Free


Dessert
Shape yogurt, vanilla and chocolate sprinkles - 1


Snack
Black coffee with sweetener
1 malted milk biscuits - 4
1 nice biscuit - 2


Supper
Ham and boiled eggs - Free
2 tbsp salad cream - 2
Shape yogurt, vanilla - 0.5
Chocolate caramel wafer - 4

Total syns = 19

Please note: The normal amount of syns is between 5-15 per day but I've been told I can have 20 syns per day because I started at 31 stone. The syns will be reduced as the weight comes off.
