I haven't kept a food diary over Christmas as I had Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day off plan. We've been out for dinner today at my mother in laws and I forgot to take photos so I'm going to start keeping my diary again from tomorrow.
I can get totally back on plan in the morning and the only time I'll face a challenge is New Years Eve. We're having family round for a buffet but I get weighed the next morning so I'm confident I can stick to plan because I know I'll be getting weighed! None of the food will taste as good as standing on those scales and either staying the same or, fingers crossed, losing a pound or more, will make me feel.
I have five days to undo any damage I've done but I'm not going to worry about it though if I gain. I've enjoyed Christmas and I intend to enjoy Christmas every year in the future so as long as I limit myself to a few days and not the whole of December I'll be able to manage my weight every year at this time :)
I'm going to re-read my book today seeing as they've brought out new ones. I'll see what's changed and treat tomorrow as a new start.
