Weekly weigh in - 2lb lost :)

I'm happy with my 2lb loss this week :) A steady 2lb a week loss will see me hitting target in around 2 years. It sounds like a very long time but 13 years ago today my eldest child was born and it still feels like it was  yesterday so 2 years will be here before I know it!

The amazing thing is that 8 months after starting my journey, my head is still in the game, I'm still enjoying going to group, I'm still finding new recipes and enjoying cooking them and I can still see myself getting to target. It's always felt like a dream I'll never see come true but now I KNOW it's going to and this makes me happy :D

Weekly weigh in - 2lb lost :)

I decided last week that I needed to relax and trust in the eating plan this week and it worked!

For the last month or so I've been stressing myself, analysing everything I eat, trying to cut out carbs one week or meats another and this week I just went back to the way I used to do it and it gave me a loss of 2lb :)
No more treat days, no more green and original days, it's extra easy all the way for me because I know it works.

I need 3lb for my next award but I'm not going to focus on awards anymore because that's what got me stressing in the first place; I needed 1.5lb for my 4 and a half stone award after my weigh in on the 27th Feb and it took me 5 weeks to get it!
Now I'm just going to be follow the plan and trust in it :)
