Lunch
Chicken, cucumber, celery, tomatoes, peppers and beetroot - Free

Baileys mocha syllabub - 4


Dinner
Green beans and broccoli - Free
Pork and potatoes - Free

Dessert
2 pink n whites - 5



Snack
Cheese and ham toasted sandwich - HEA & B + 3 syns for the extra bread
Yogurt - Free
Pineapple - Free


Total syns = 17

Please note: The usual amount of syns is between 5 and 15 a day but because I started with 21 stone to lose I've been told I can have more and they'll be reduced as the weight comes off.
