Breakfast
2 slices toast - HEB + 2 syns for the extra bread
Jam - 5

Lunch
Jacket potato, celery, peppers, cucumber, tomatoes and ham - Free
Cheese - HEA
Mayo - 2
Shape - 0.5
Banana and clementine - Free


Spaghetti bolognese with tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onion - Free
Pasta - Free


Dessert
Pink n whites - 5


Snack
Cheese and ham sandwich - HEA & HEB + 2 syns for the extra bread
Apple and clementine - Free
Shape 0.5


Total syns = 17.5


Please note: the normal amount of syns is between 5-15 but because I started with 21 stone to lose, I've been told I can have more and the syns will be reduced as the weight comes off.
