Cheese and ham sandwich with salad cream - HEA & B + 3 syns for the extra bread and salad cream

Dinner
Cheesy mash and cowboy pie - 5



Snack

Pear, satsuma and banana - Free
Crisps - 3.5 3 jaffa cakes - 6

Total syns = 21

Please note: the normal amount of syns is between 5-15 but because I started with 21 stone to lose I've been told I can have more and the syns will be reduced as the weight comes off
