April 25th Food Diary


Breakfast
Shape and banana - Free


Lunch
Cheese and ham sandwich with salad cream - HEA & B + 3 syns for the sxtra bread and salad cream
Crisps - 3.5
Shape - 0.5
Banana and satsuma - Free


Dinner
Pork, mash, carrots, cabbage and onion gravy - Free


Snack
Crisps - 3.5
Chocolate wafer - 4
Eggs, ham and salad cream - 2


Snack
Options dessert - 1
2 jaffa cakes - 4

Total syns = 21.5

Please note: the normal amount of syns is between 5-15 but because I started with 21 stone to lose I've been told I can have more and the syns will be reduced as the weight comes off
