Monday 18th February Food Diary


Breakfast
Banana and shape - 0.5 syn


Lunch
Mash, beans and 2 sausages - 1 syn
Fruit salad and shape - 0.5 syn


Dinner
Sausage pasta - 1.5 syn


Snack 
Cheese and ham sandwich - HEA & B
Crisps - 4 syns
Caramel wafer - 4 syns
8 sugar free werthers - 4 syns
25g fun fruits - 4.5 syns


Total = 20 syns

Please note: the normal amount of syns is between 5 and 15 per day but because I started with 21 stone to lose I've been told I can have more and the syns will be reduced as the weight comes off.
