Breakfast

Banana - Free


Lunch
Cheese and ham toasted sandwich - HEA & B + 2 syns for the extra bread
Crisps - 4 syns
Jelly dessert - 0.5 syn


Dinner
Bacon and mushroom pasta - Free



Snack
Noodles - Free
Crisps - 4 syns
3 jaffa cakes - 6 syns
Jelly dessert 0.5 syn



Total syns = 19.5

Please note: the normal amount of syns is between 5 and 15 per day but because I started with 21 stone to lose I've been told I can have more and the syns will be reduced as the weight comes off.
