Sunday February 3rd Food Diary


Breakfast
Sausages, eggs, mushrooms and ketchup - 3 syns
Yogurt - Free
Banana - Free


Lunch
Cheese and ham sandwich - HEA & B + 2 syns for the extra bread
Velvet crunch - 4 syns
Yogurt and banana - free


Dinner
Mince, carrots, onions, leeks and beans - Free
Mash with cheese spread and leeks - 1 syn
Brussels - Free


Snack
Velvet crunch - 4 syns
2 snowballs - 6 syns
Options dessert - 2 syns


Total syns = 22 syns


Please note: the normal amount of syns is between 5 and 15 per day but because I started with 21 stone to lose I've been told I can have more and they'll be reduced as the weight comes off.
