Weekly weigh in - Slimmer of the week :)

I worried that maybe the few days of high syns I had last week might have seen a negative result on this week's weigh in but thankfully it didn't!
I lost 4.5lbs which sees me half a pound away from my 2 and a half stone award and slimmer of the week!
There are 5 weigh ins left before Christmas day and I need to lose 9 and a half pounds to get my club 10 award. On top of that, I only need to lose 7 and a half pounds for my 3 stone award so by Christmas I'll have lost 10% of my start weight and 3 stone :)

I think I'm going to make losing 10% my mini goals so after I get to my club 10 award my next goal will be 25 stone exactly.

I know I say it a lot but I need to let anyone know who's considering joining a Slimming World group that the support I'm getting from the other members is one of the main reasons I'm succeeding this time.
It really is a brilliant group of people and to see others, not just family members, be genuinely happy for your success each week is amazing :D

  2. Yay well done on your loss. slimming world is one plan I have never tried, I think I need to consider it or look into it further

    1. Thank you :) Once you get used to it, it really is very easy and I never feel hungry or like I have to miss out on anything.

    1. Thank you :) I am starting to notice differences, especially with my breathing. I used to have problems breathing when I was sitting but I've not had that problem for a few weeks now :)

      I think the reason it's working is because when I decided to join, I told myself that this is the way I'd be living my life from now on. It's not a change until I get to target, it's a total, forever change :)

I miss Slimming World, would love to go to a group but there are none here and I think I need the support of a group to keep me going as it never quite works just doing it at home for me these days.     I know what you mean about the group. I've tried countless times to do it on my own at home to save money but I just can't do it.

    I'm really looking forward to hitting my 10% goal :)
