Weekly weigh in - 2lb lost :)

I'm happy with my 2lb loss this week :) A steady 2lb a week loss will see me hitting target in around 2 years. It sounds like a very long time but 13 years ago today my eldest child was born and it still feels like it was  yesterday so 2 years will be here before I know it!

The amazing thing is that 8 months after starting my journey, my head is still in the game, I'm still enjoying going to group, I'm still finding new recipes and enjoying cooking them and I can still see myself getting to target. It's always felt like a dream I'll never see come true but now I KNOW it's going to and this makes me happy :D

  4. Michelle I saw a link to this on Twitter and you are doing brilliantly, absolutely amazing in fact as I often find motivation wavers significantly in week 3. I wonder if you could contact me through www.biggerfun.co.uk as I am not sure if you would be interested but I am looking for people with weight issues to join for activities events and networking, i also run dance classes specifically for weight issues and am looking for people to train to set up in their local area. Dont worry as the classes are no more energetic than walking at the beginning and you can build stamina and help with weight loss as you are going along. Just to mention I am also a UK size 26 and run 5 of my own classes in Lancashire. Thanks Sue

  5. Look how far you've come. You are amazing. And you're right - 2 years will come around in no time. And you must be seeing such a difference in yourself with each passing month. Bet it's exciting. (Popped over from #wobbleswednesday
