October 3rd Food Diary

Breakfast
2 slices hovis wholemeal - HEB
2 cheese triangles - 4 syns
2 slices wafer thin ham - Free
 
 
 
 
Lunch
1 small jacket potato - Free
5 cherry tomatoes - Free
Cucumber - free
Grated carrot - Free
2 tbsp extra light mayo - 2 syns
1 banana - Free
1 orange - Free
1 shape yogurt - Free
 
 
 
 
Dinner
Minced beef, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, potato and carrot in gravy - 5 syns for the gravy




Snack
1 ice lolly - 4 syns


Snack
Coffee wit milk from HEA and sweetener - Free
Chocolate chip cake bar - 6 syns


Total syns = 21


Please note: the normal amount of syns is between 5 and 15 a day but I've been told I can have more because I have a lot of weight to lose.
