There's a pattern emerging; it seems that my body works on a good week, then a not so good week basis!
You can see from the chart below that I have a big loss, little loss, big loss, little loss etc.
I didn't get on track with any exercise last week but I'm determined to work on it this week.
I'm not letting my 0.5lb loss get to me....it's still a step in the right direction and I'm totally on track for getting a better result next week :)

Someone left me a comment last week to say that's still a pack of butter's worth of fat that you've lost. I think that's a great mental image to keep in mind on the slower weeks ! Well done, you're doing fantastically - you haven't had a single no loss week yet which is amazing :)
ReplyDeleteWell done on losing consistently. I used to see a similar pattern when I went to group before, and I often found that if had what I expected to be a good week which ended up in a small loss, that it made up for it the following week if I stuck to it.
