Weekly weigh in - another half pound

For the 3rd week in a row I've lost half a pound. I know not why!

I'm going to try doing success express this week to see if I can give it a boost and get back to better losses.
I do know that a loss is a loss and is a good thing, even when it's only half a pound but I'm starting to get a bit disheartened at the thought of it taking me about 7 years to get to target!

If I were eating things I shouldn't or not synning things I should then I'd understand but when there's no rhyme or reason for it, it can get frustrating.

Ant thinks it has to be the exercise I'm doing because that's the only thing I'm doing differently now and if it is then that's great because it means my muscles are building and my body is starting to get healthier!
