So next week my aim is to lose 2 and a half pounds to get me my 4 and a half stone award :)
I'm going to listen to my Slimpod tonight (I kept forgetting to take my phone to bed with me this last week) and I've put a recurring reminder so I don't forget!
I know I need to get my portion sizes under control again and it's a lot easier with the Slimpod because I do it without thinking about it.

I stayed the same too (unless you count half pounds). Its frustrating, but I know I've not stuck to the rules. Hope you manage to snip a bit next week. At least a maintain is a bonus xx
