Monday 25th March Food Diary


Breakfast

Left over chilli and jacket potato - Free

Dinner bean soup - 1

Ice cream - 10 (haha forgot to take a picture before eating!)


Snack
Crisps - 4
Yogurt - Free
2 clementines - Free
Jaffa cakes - 6


Total syns - 21

Please note: The usual amount of syns is between 5 and 15 a day but because I started with 21 stone to lose I've been told I can have more and they'll be reduced as the weight comes off
