Thursday February 7th Food Diary


Breakfast
Cheese and ham sandwich - HEA & B + 2 syns for the extra bread
2 yogurts, a pear and a clementine - Free


Lunch
Egg, bacon, mushrooms and ketchup - 1 syn
Velvet crunch - 4 syns
Jelly dessert - 0.5 syn
Clementine - Free


Dinner
Potatoes, cabbage, carrots, mushy peas - Free
Mince and gravy - 2 syns


Dessert
Jelly dessert - 0.5 syn


Snack
Velvet crunch - 4 syns
Yogurt - free
Pear - Free
3 jaffa cakes - 6 syns


Total syns = 20 

Please note: the normal amount of syns is between 5 and 15 per day but because I started with 21 stone to lose I've been told I can have more and the syns will be reduced as the weight comes off.
