A 2.5lb loss takes me to an overall loss of 1 stone 5lb. My target for next week is 2lb to take me to my next half stone award :)
I added my star to the body magic board today which means I've committed to doing at least 45 minutes per week of exercise.
I need to do 45 minutes per week for 4 weeks to achieve my bronze award.
I've been half heartedly trying to get into a routine but today I'm determined to get on track. I've done it with my food control, I can do it with an exercise routine.
