It's that weigh in time again!

 It's that time again and thankfully I've had a better result this week :)

A 2.5lb loss takes me to an overall loss of 1 stone 5lb. My target for next week is 2lb to take me to my next half stone award :)

I added my star to the body magic board today which means I've committed to doing at least 45 minutes per week of exercise.
I need to do 45 minutes per week for 4 weeks to achieve my bronze award.
I've been half heartedly trying to get into a routine but today I'm determined to get on track. I've done it with my food control, I can do it with an exercise routine.

29/08/12 30 stone 9.5lb 429.5lb 194.8kg BMI = 76.1 - 5.5lb
05/09/12 30 stone 9lb 429lb 194.5kg BMI = 76 - 0.5lb
12/09/12 30 stone 5lb 425lb 192.7kg BMI = 75.3 - 4.0lb
19/09/12 30 stone 3.5lb 423.5lb 192.0kg BMI = 75 - 1.5lb
26/09/12 29 stone 13lb 419lb 190.0kg BMI = 74.2 - 4.5lb
03/10/12 29 stone 12.5lb 418.5lb 189.8kg BMI = 74.1 - 0.5lb
10/10/12 29 stone 10lb 416lb 188.6kg BMI = 73.7 - 2.5lb

  3. Well done Michelle! Try googling free exercise videos to get an easy workout. Rosemary Conley's website has lots of 10 minute videos!

    1. Thanks Lo-Lo, I'll do that :) I have to be careful which exercise I do because I have a hernia but I can always check with my doctor first before trying a new one.
      I bought the 30 day shred then a week later got diagnosed with the hernia and wasn't allowed to do it. (I can't say I'm too disapointed since watching it!)

  4. Well done, another step in the right direction - you're doing fabulously :) I really should do more exercise but find it easier to motivate myself to run around outside with the kids playing football or racing them on their scooters ! I figure it all counts !
