Weekly weigh in - A well enjoyed, 1.5lb gain!!

Ant and I spent a wonderful weekend away, celebrating being together for 10 years. I decided not to count syns from dinner time Friday night until I got back on track Tuesday morning. I allowed myself to let go of the guilt when I had chips, onion rings, toffee ice cream, Costa fruit smoothie, rocky road ice cream sundae, Starbucks caramel coffee and the most delicious of all, cheese topped white bread with proper butter!!

I haven't felt guilty at all and was delighted to have only gained 1.5lbs this week. I'm totally back on track today and feel emotionally great :)
I say emotionally because physically, I'm not well. I couldn't stay to group because I woke with a migraine and have been feeling sick on and off all day. There were quite a few kids at group today as well with it being half term and I normally don't mind a bit but today I just couldn't cope with the noise. I've had 2 lots of painkillers and 2 strong coffees and it while it has stopped the constant pounding, it's still painful and has taken all my energy although I'm thankful that the nausea has just about gone.

  4. Congratulations on your anniversary and your progress is great. It's important to enjoy yourself now and then. I had a massive blow out at the weekend, and did feel rather guilty. But miraculously I've managed not to gain a pound. Good luck for next week x
